1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Indie Club ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Indie Club is a credit-based promotion exchange for indie makers. Publishers earn credits by displaying promotions; advertisers spend credits to promote their products. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency unless otherwise stated.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be 18+ to use the Service
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
One account per person; no shared or bot accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use bots, scripts, or automated means to inflate impressions or clicks
Advertise illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
Impersonate others or misrepresent your sites
Circumvent fraud detection or rate limits
Violate any applicable laws

5. Site Verification

Publishers must verify ownership of domains before earning credits. We may suspend or revoke verification if we detect fraudulent activity or policy violations.

6. Credits & Economy

Credits are non-transferable except through the platform. We reserve the right to adjust credit rates, fees, and limits. Credits may be forfeited for abuse.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, unused credits may be forfeited.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
